Signumat by Latschbacher The Signumat system helps you improve both organisation and accuracy of stock control.
'No-Nail' System We are the UK importers of this system. It is probably the most cost effective way of numbering and identifying logs, railway sleepers, electricity poles and standing trees. - There is a variety of toughened plastic tree tag labels to choose from, available in six different colours - red, orange, yellow, green, blue and white. Remember plastic labels have the added advantage of not damaging sawmill bandsaws. - All types come sequentially numbered as standard and are sold per 1,000. Special numbering systems and inscriptions are available to order. - An extra hard quality is available to special order for use in extreme conditions, tagging very hard or frost-hardened wood for example. - P-Quality tags are available to special order to mark wood destined for the paper industry; these tags leave no residue during paper processing. - Galvanised steel labels are another option. We stock labels with curved lugs suitable for poles or end grain. - For marking standing timber we recommend type C5LB05 which has longer lugs to penetrate the bark.

	Special Order - Forestry 04 Order Code: C5LBO4 Larger tag with sequential numbering up to 99,999 in the 1st line, and up to 6 characters in the 2nd line, and up to 7 characters in the 3rd line. OR, sequential numbering up to 99,999 in the 1st line, and a logo with up to 3 colours. You will only be paying for the logo cost ONCE, as it is held by us ready for further orders. Long Lugged Labels Many of the plastic tags are available with extra-long prongs for thicker bark or tougher wood. Please enquire.

	Forestry 05 Order Code: C5LB05N This tag is the same size & layout as the Forestry 02 tag, but has as standard the longer bark prongs. Inscriptions available as Special Order. ARBO Tag System This innovative new system allows you to tag living trees which will grow considerably. The patented fixing avoids the in-growing of the tag into the bark as the trunk grows. Tree data can be recorded directly on location with the barcoded tags, or read with a barcode scanner and transferred onto a computerised register. Conventional numbers imprinted onto the tags along with the barcode to ensure identification is possible even after several years, with or without a scanner.
