Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped and only one delivery charge will be applied to your order.

PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT - This payment method is only valid to customers who have completed a Richmonds credit application form and have received authorised notification of their account status. Richmonds reserve the right to accept or decline a payment on account method. If an alternative method is required, our sales team will contact you requesting this information.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Standard 3 day delivery is free on all orders valued £50.00 or more (inc VAT). Delivery of orders under £50.00 will be charged at £5 for the standard 3 day delivery service. Next day delivery is available for £12.00. Orders must be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery. Saturday deliveries are available for the UK mainland for £24. Delivery of heavier and larger items is charged at cost. You will be advised if this charge applies before despatch. If there is any delay in despatching your order you will be notified.
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your required products to you from stock in 3 days. If a product is not in stock, we'll contact you with an expected delivery date of that product, and offer you an alternative product from stock, with a 3 day delivery. You choose which option you prefer.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We'll contact you with an expected delivery date of that product, and offer you an alternative product from stock, with a 3 day delivery. You choose which option you prefer.
Tax Charges VAT is added at the current rate of 17.5%.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, simply call us and then return it in good condition within 14 days.
