Delivery

Standard delivery is 3-5 working days, although we aim to deliver within 48 hours.  All orders received before 3pm will be processed that day excluding weekends.  If a delivery is urgently required, we are able to offer a next day service however please note that this will most likely incur a higher charge.  It should be noted that deliveries normally always require a valid signature. The packaging and contents should be checked as soon as possible (preferably whilst the driver is present) and any damage noted on the delivery receipt. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

We are happy to send goods under the value of £20.00 via Royal Mail but please note this does not ensure traceability of your parcel.

Channel Islands, IOW and IOM

There will be an increased charge for the channel islands, IOW and IOM.

Scottish Deliveries

Due to the high cost of deliveries to certain parts of Scotland and the Highlands the following postcodes may carry an additional carriage charge:-

AB31 – AB38; AB41 – AB42; AB43 – AB45; AB51 – AB56;

IV1 – IV56; FK19 – FK21; KA27 – KA28; KW1 – KW14;

PA20 – PA40; PH19 -PH40; PH60

Northern Ireland and Eire

We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland or Eire at our standard rate so they will incur a cost of £25.00 per parcel, ex Vat. Small items that can be posted will be calculated at cost and added to your bill.
